What is Afidi?
Afidi is a community welcoming all who share a common desire to live a life well lived in all it's perfect imperfection and in harmony with the world around us. Every month you will receive a curation of plant-based products, and 2 original recipes to give you some inspiration on ways to use the products for just £43.95 per month (if you take it one month at a time), £37.35 per month ( saving 15% if you take it for 6 months at a time), and £395.55 yearly (saving 25% if you take it 12 months at a time). Because we are a commmunity we will also be organising events, a great way to meet new people and other afidionados, and every quarter a lucky member will get a retreat on us!
Are your products 100% vegan?
Afidi was born out of love and an an appreciation for food, our aim is to make it easier for everyone to go vegan and change the world one box at a time. Our company is 100% vegan and all of the products that we include in our boxes are healthy, organic, plant-based products.
You can expect the likes of raw chocolate, superfood, meat alternatives, eggs alternatives, spices, dry products, plant protein and more. We aim to have at least 5 full sized products and then a selection of samples in each box; all 100% vegan.
How eco-friendly is your business?
Going vegan is the best thing that anyone can do to help the environment. We care about protecting the planet though our boxes come colour printer, they are recycled cardboard. The boxes can also be recycled so please do so.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Unfortunately we can’t cater to any specific allergies, food sensitivities, or preferences right now, though we hope to offer allergy-free options in the near future. If you have an allergy please always check the allergy advice on the individual packaging.
Do I get to choose what’s in my box?
Actually, it’s the other way round. We source the best and most exciting vegan products and choose a varied selection for our subscription box. We save you the trouble of finding new healthy vegan friendly brands. We offer you new healthy vegan friendly brands and labels whilst also giving you the opportunity to try new recipes. We select an exciting mix of products enough to help you cook the two original recipes created for you each month.
Each month, you will receive a box full of vegan goodies and this assortment will change every month. The contents of the box will always cover a wide variety in order to cater for any mood of the moment, and may have a theme depending on seasonal events. We'll be keeping the content a surprise, so you won't know what's in it until you receive it (although we might tease a few here and there!).
We always aim to source the best and most exciting vegan products from brands we admire.
What kind of recipes do you send in your subscription boxes?
Sharing is caring, and our mission with sending you carefully picked vegan products every month in our subscription box is to add health and variety to your table by introducing interesting recipes that can be easily made using these products that come in your box.
We have a lot more recipes (100% vegan and healthy) on our website for anyone to get a taste of nutrition in vegan smoothies, breakfast recipes, sumptuous desserts, easy to make snacks, and recipes to keep you fuelled, flowing and glowing.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do have an affiliate program. As you experience our great quality plant-based vegan products, you have the opportunity to be part of our mission and earn a commission by sharing your unique affiliate link with your friends and family, readers, reviewers, and anyone that would benefit from our products. You will start getting your commission as soon as your affiliate link is clicked and your favorite products from our site are purchased.

Can I order a box as a gift?
Yes, our 1, 6 and 12 month prepay options on the Subscription Box make the perfect gift! Just enter your friend’s details in the shipping section of the checkout to have it sent direct.
Do you include sample sizes in the Subscription Box?
Yes there will be both full size and sample products
When do I get billed for my subscription box?
On completion of your first order the relevant payment according to your chosen will be taken immediately from your credit or debit card to pay for the box. You will then be billed on the 3rd of every month there after
All our subscriptions auto-renew if you are on a monthly rolling plan you can cancel or pause anytime between the 18th and 28th of your current billing period for it to take immediate effect, outside of those dates the cancellation will take effect the following month. If you are on a 1-year or 6-month plan you can pause/freeze your account for up to two months with immediate effect if done between the 18th and the 28th of your current billing period. if you know you will be away, you can also send us an email ahead of time and we will make sure to pause your subscription.
How do I pay?
Go to Subscribe or click on the join the experience on the main page, then choose a plan. You will then be prompted to enter your address details then your payment method.
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
What Currency Do You Use?
Our prices are given in British pound sterling.
How do I change my payment card details for my subscription?
To update your card details, login to your account (see option at the top right side of the website). Under Subscriptions, click on change payment method and update your card details.
Are there any card types you do not accept?
As long as its not bitcoin our payment gateway should support it. Email us if you are having difficulties with your payment method.
I’m going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?
Yes, either directly in your account or contact us and we can either send your box later in the month or pause the subscription until your date of return.
How can I change the delivery address for my Subscription?
If you're an existing subscriber, and you wish to change your Delivery Address please email us at info@afidi.co.uk before the 7th of the month if you wish the change to be made for that month's box.
How do I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address login to My Account and update your details. This will not update orders already paid for so if you have a processing order (original or subscription renewal) please also contact us to make us aware of this address change.
Can I have my box sent to my work or other address?
Yes, if you would prefer your box to be sent to a different address please indicate this in the delivery address section at checkout.
I entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order, what do I do now?
Just contact us right away on Facebook, Instragram or email info@afidi.co.uk with the correct address and we will make the change.
How is my box posted?
We send our boxes using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes we ship globally, but please bear in mind that for shipment outside of the EU, you would have to pay any custom fees or charge that arise.
What countries do you deliver to?
Every country with a postal service.
What does delivery cost?
We offer Free shipping on all orders.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an email that confirms that you’ve made the purchase. Once you do, sign in to your account to view the order details.
How do I cancel?

When will I receive my box?
if you subscribe before the 7th of the month you will receive your first box between the 15th and 18th of the same month, any subscription after the 7th, your box will be delivered between the 15ht and the 18th of the following month
My box hasn’t been delivered
We use a recorded delivery service therefore requiring signature, if you are not at home or there are no neighbour or concierge to receive your package, it might be easier to have it delivered to your office
We can always track your box for you, just contact us on Facebook, Instagram or by email.
We can re-send a returned parcel once but we are unable to offer a refund.
There are damaged products in my box
It’s important to us that you are happy with your order so please check the products on the day of receipt. If you do find a damaged product please notify us immediately. Please also provide photographs of any damages. We will only replace or refund you for defective products if notified of any damage or defects on the day of receipt.
We work hard to make sure that your box reaches you in good condition. But in the unlikely event that you have a problem, please contact us asap.
I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I return or exchange it?
All products sold through Afidi are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged product, or something is missing from your order, please email us at info@afidi.co.uk so we can make it right.
